📋 Description

• Assist with general accounting and administrative tasks to maintain accurate financial records • Record transactions from bank statements and ensure bank accounts are aligned • Maintenance of standard chart of accounts and cost centre/department categorization • Accounts Payable/receivable: processing daily payments, ensuring timely transactions • Prepare payroll for employees, ensuring accurate calculation and timely disbursement • Ensure our client's accounting tool is up-to-date and accurately reflects all financial transactions • Leading and coordinating bookkeeping of the different legal entities collaborating with external accounting firms • Preparation of the consolidated financial view • Participation in the Forecast/Budget • Prepare Tax information for the different jurisdictions.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed an economic / finance degree • CPA certified • 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience • Proficiency in accounting software and Excel • Proficiency in English • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills • Effective organisational and time management skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team • Interest in the longevity industry and a commitment to a healthy lifestyle is advantageous.
