📋 Description

• Act as an SAP advisory consultant in the Record-to-Report (RtR, FI/CO) area for SAP on hyperscaler/RISE migrations and transformations • Serve as the functional lead for S/4 HANA transformation projects and S/4 HANA conversions in the Record-to-Report (RtR, FI/CO) domain • Act as a subject matter expert for RtR (FI/CO) in SAP System Landscape Transformation/consolidation and carve-out projects • Plan data migration activities related to RtR (FI/CO) during S/4 HANA transformations • Lead SAP subprojects following the SAP Activate methodology • As an experienced consultant, drive SAP Cloud/RISE architecture designs and roadmaps • Lead workshops and assessments to identify business and transformation requirements • Work in highly integrated environments with SAP and non‑SAP systems • Strong expertise in executing S/4 HANA transformation projects to increase business value

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant experience in various SAP project roles • Experience as an RtR (FI/CO) lead in SAP S/4 HANA projects • Experience in controlling, financial accounting, business architecture, and cloud transition • Proven success leading RtR (FI/CO) subprojects in S/4 transformations • Ability to be pragmatic and manage multiple client priorities simultaneously • Ability to inspire and motivate professionals with technical and non-technical backgrounds toward a common goal • Commitment to your team's success and willingness to take constructive/corrective actions when needed • Fluent in German and English
