📋 Description

• Work on implementation projects, ECC to SAP S/4HANA conversions, rollouts, and support of SAP FSCM solutions • Lead requirements-gathering workshops and define AS-IS and TO-BE processes • Prepare functional designs and specifications, supporting development teams • Configure and parameterize SAP FSCM Collections Management and Dispute Management • Support functional architecture definitions and integrations between modules • Execute and support unit, integration, and UAT tests • Support cutover planning, go-live and hypercare activities • Guide key users and functional teams on SAP best practices • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and client stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior SAP FSCM Consultant • Demonstrated experience in SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration/conversion projects (Brownfield) and/or Greenfield implementations • Strong knowledge of SAP Credit Management, SAP Collections Management and SAP Dispute Management • Familiarity with financial processes integrated with SAP FI, SD and Credit Management modules • Experience across all phases of the SAP project lifecycle using SAP Activate or equivalent methodology • Experience conducting workshops, requirements gathering and solution design • Experience in integrated testing, cutover support and post-go-live stabilization • Knowledge of integrations between SAP modules and the impacts of conversion to SAP S/4HANA • Excellent communication skills, a consultative mindset and strong client relationship abilities • Degree in a Technology, Business or Finance-related field • Experience in international projects (advantage) • Knowledge of SAP Cash Management and SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) (advantage) • Knowledge of SAP Fiori and analytical applications (advantage) • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and/or Private Cloud (advantage) • SAP certifications in FSCM, Financial Accounting (FI) or SAP S/4HANA (advantage) • Experience working in multicultural environments and in LATAM (advantage)
