📋 Description

• Promote growth while solidifying long term retention of existing customer base and gaining new prospects. • Manage a territory expected results for revenue, profitability, new gains, customer retention, with a high sense of urgency. • Play a key role in new sale acquisitions, and accurate forecasting.

🎯 Requirements

• The ideal candidate would have an extensive Commercial Vehicle sales background in technical support and sales roles with a strong track record for achievement in sales and customer support. • High School diploma required with Bachelor’s degree preferred. • 5-10 years of automotive coatings sales experience preferred. • Demonstrate effective written, oral communication, and presentation skills. • Demonstrate strong sales and negotiation skills with key contact partners to effectively present business proposals in a multi-level sales environment. • Competent computer skills; proficient with SharePoint, Cognos, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce. • Embrace change in all business aspects including emerging industry trends, new technology, and innovative ideas to improve territory results. • Focus on customer needs, respond quickly to resolve problems, and consider how actions will affect current customers and new business gains. • Sound working knowledge of Commercial Vehicle business fundamentals.
