📋 Description

• Demonstrate new and existing products to distributors and end-users • Plan, coordinate and lead system trials for target end-users • Install paint systems and support equipment, including mixing machines and colour tools, for end-users • Provide technical and colour support to distributors and end-users • Promote Axalta brand products within existing and target end-user customers • Identify and resolve application enquiries raised by distributors or end-users • Train new and existing end-users in Axalta products • Maintain and grow volumes from the existing customer base • Expand the customer base for the territory • Work from a home office base in Perth

🎯 Requirements

• Trade certificate in vehicle spray painting • Minimum of 4 years spray painting experience • Experience dealing with customers, prospects and distribution within the automotive marketplace • PC experience essential in Windows and Office environment • Strong communication and time management skills • Prepared to travel regionally • High level of self-motivation • Based in Perth, Western Australia
