📋 Description

• Management and support of client IT infrastructure • Support for the team in the daily operation of the Managed Services • Operation of the leading pension fund software • Engineering of new infrastructure solutions and optimizations • Planning, coordination and support for the implementation of changes for customers, partners and suppliers • Hands‑on support and active participation in IT projects • Ensuring smooth operation of the IT infrastructure • Analysis and resolution of complex IT incidents and fault conditions • Application monitoring as well as optimization and documentation of operational processes

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification at FH/HF (university of applied sciences / higher vocational school) level • Several years of experience in system engineering and administration of IT systems and applications • Good knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, application servers (WebLogic), RDBMS (Oracle and PostgreSQL), and firewalls • Knowledge of cloud technologies and containers (preferably Kubernetes and Docker) • Independent, structured, responsible and meticulous working style, with a strong willingness to engage with customers and IT partners • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with pronounced systems thinking and a holistic understanding of IT • German and English language skills
