📋 Description
• translate high-level product features into detailed requirements with clear acceptance criteria • own and manage the delivery backlog for your products, refining features, writing user stories, and prioritizing work • coordinate timelines and releases, ensuring developers have clear goals and milestones • conduct user acceptance testing and draft release notes/help centre updates • work closely with internal teams (marketing, development, customer support) to refine requirements and communicate progress • support the development team by removing blockers and clarifying requirements quickly
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years’ experience as a Product Owner, Functional Designer, or Delivery Lead • ideally experienced in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably property management or financial software • strong technical writing skills and ability to create functional specifications and screen/data designs • comfortable with SQL for data extraction and JSON for data manipulation • excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • a proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced agile environment
