• You keep track of current tenders and handle their processing • Customer and partner inquiries are routed to you — you ensure they are answered promptly and effectively • You are the central point of contact between our teams, our customers, and our partner companies • You monitor active proposals — you take initiative and actively advance the sales funnel • And when it’s not day‑to‑day business, you can contribute to exciting special projects
• You have experience in inside sales or a similar role selling complex IT solutions (e.g., project business, managed services) • You communicate clearly and attentively and quickly recognize what matters most to customers • You confidently bring your negotiation skills to bear when working with vendors and manufacturers • You organize your tasks in a structured way and maintain an overview even when handling multiple topics • You enjoy working in a team — with us you’ll find strong camaraderie, genuine collaboration, and a company culture built on trust, openness, and a sense of humor
