• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients in Managed & Cloud Services. • Regular contact with existing and former clients from the network and in the context of tender processes and RFPs. • Develop tailor-made Managed Services and cloud solutions together with our technical experts and your sales team. • Coordinate pre-sales activities and support (complex) tender and RFP processes. • Plan, estimate and execute individual customer projects – from proposal preparation to contract negotiation. • Continuously monitor and analyze the Cloud and Managed Services market to identify new trends and opportunities.
• Completed commercial or technical training or degree — preferably with a focus on IT • Initial relevant experience in sales or account management for technically complex IT products or services (entry-level candidates with strong IT affinity are welcome!) • Advantageous: knowledge of cloud computing, virtualization, networking, cyber security or managed services • Negotiation skills, strong communication, project management skills, service- and customer-oriented mindset, ability to work independently and proactively • Willingness to travel within Germany • Fluent German and good English skills
