📋 Description

• Conduct critical code reviews and provide coaching to ensure a clean, robust, and modern application architecture • Take on challenging development topics and complex coding tasks • Serve as the 'technical buddy' to our product management team • Identify issues and ensure optimal team performance • Make use of our training, professional development, and certification offerings

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience as a developer for Business Central or Dynamics NAV (AL) • Interest in stepping into first-line leadership • Enjoy communicating and working with people • Team player with flexibility • Business-fluent German and good English skills
