📋 Description

• You are the disciplinary lead for a team of software developers: you remove obstacles and provide technical guidance. • Through regular, constructive code reviews and coaching, you ensure a clean, robust and modern application architecture. • As a passionate and experienced developer, you enjoy tackling challenging coding topics. • You act as—or develop into—the technical partner for our product management team, supporting them with your expertise. • By holding regular employee conversations, you stay close to your colleagues, identify issues before they escalate and develop each team member to ensure optimal team performance. • You enjoy networking across the company, discussing issues at eye level with development leads from other teams and collaborating on problem solving. • You regularly use our training, continuing education and certification offerings to stay current both methodically and technically and to continuously improve.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of practical experience as a developer for Business Central or Dynamics NAV (AL). • Ambition to take the step into first-line leadership. • Enjoyment of communication and working with people. • Team player with flexibility. • Business-fluent German and good English skills.
