📋 Description

• Disciplinary leadership of a software development team • Technical leadership as a "technical buddy" • Conduct code reviews and provide coaching • Take on demanding coding tasks • Conduct employee performance and development discussions and initiate appropriate development measures • Regular exchange with colleagues at the same hierarchical level

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience as a Lead Developer for Business Central or Dynamics NAV (AL) • Desire to take the step into first-line management • Enjoy communicating and working with people • Team player with flexibility • Business-fluent German and good English skills
