📋 Description

• Translate and implement requirements from standards such as ISO 9001 into practical work processes • Provide and effectively use appropriate methods and procedures to analyze, optimize and monitor an integrated management system • Maintain and further develop these procedures across the company • Organize suitable training and development sessions • Identify system deviations, assess them thoroughly and derive targeted corrective and improvement measures • Support the entire process from preparation through implementation to continuous improvement • Evaluate internal audits and support external audits • Assemble a qualified audit team and ensure their professional development

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in (industrial) engineering, (business) informatics, quality management or a comparable field • Initial practical experience in quality management, ideally in the context of ISO 9001 • Knowledge of additional standards — for example environmental standards and information security (ISO 27001) • Analytical mindset and structured way of working, able to maintain an overview in complex situations • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken • Good English skills to operate confidently in an international working environment • Willingness to travel within Switzerland and Germany, approximately 3 times per month
