📋 Description

• Exciting and varied tasks in customer projects • Responsibility as program and/or (sub-)project manager • Communication with the client and representation of our services • Project planning, execution, control and monitoring • Risk management and analysis of project data • Preparation of concepts and project documentation • Preparation and conduct of customer service review meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist, IT systems management clerk, or an equivalent qualification • Several years of professional experience in IT Business Consulting, ideally in the IT services environment • Enjoyment of customer communication and a strong customer focus • Good knowledge of IT operations, IT solutions and IT architectures • Knowledge of security standards (ISO 2700x, IT baseline protection) • Good German skills (C1) in spoken and written form are mandatory
