📋 Description

• Shape a modern Integrated Management System (IMS) with a focus on ISO 9001 & ISO 27001 and contribute your expertise in quality management, audits, and process optimization. • You will support audits, implement standard requirements in a practical way, and assist teams in optimizing processes and managing risks. • You will also be responsible for maintaining and further developing these procedures across the company — including organizing appropriate trainings and workshops. • You detect system deviations early, evaluate them thoroughly, and derive targeted improvement measures for our management systems. • Whether it’s a quality, environmental, or another management system — you will accompany the entire process from preparation and implementation through continuous improvement. • You competently assess internal audits and, if required, also support external audits. • You assemble a qualified audit team and ensure that professional development remains a priority. • When conducting internal audits, you apply your knowledge of audit principles, procedures, and techniques effectively. • You are also experienced in risk management and apply appropriate methods effectively to sustainably improve processes.

🎯 Requirements

• You hold a degree in (industrial) engineering, (business) informatics, quality management, or a comparable field — alternatively, you have a relevant vocational qualification. • You have initial practical experience in quality management, ideally in the context of ISO 9001. • Knowledge of additional standards/regulations — for example environmental management or information security (ISO 27001). • You think analytically, work in a structured way, and maintain an overview even in complex situations. • You also stand out through strong communication skills and the ability to develop solutions collaboratively within a team. • You are willing to travel within Switzerland and Germany approximately three times per month. • You have excellent written and spoken German and good English skills to operate confidently in an international work environment.
