📋 Description

• Shape a modern Integrated Management System with a focus on ISO 9001 & ISO 27001 and contribute your expertise in quality management, audits, and process optimization. • You will support audits, implement standard requirements in a practical way, and assist teams in optimizing processes and managing risks. • You are also responsible for maintaining and further developing these procedures across the company — including organizing appropriate trainings and workshops. • You identify system deviations early, evaluate them thoroughly, and derive targeted improvement measures for our management systems. • Whether it’s a quality, environmental, or another management system — you accompany the entire process from preparation through implementation to continuous development. • You competently evaluate internal audits and, if required, support external audits as well. • You assemble a qualified audit team and ensure that professional development is not neglected. • When conducting internal audits, you apply your knowledge of audit principles, procedures, and techniques in a targeted manner. • You are also experienced in risk management and apply relevant methods effectively to achieve sustainable process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• You have successfully completed a degree in (industrial) engineering, (business) computer science, quality management, or a comparable discipline — alternatively, you bring an equivalent vocational qualification. • You have gained initial practical experience in quality management, ideally in the context of ISO 9001. • Knowledge of additional standards — for example environmental management and information security (ISO 27001). • You think analytically, work in a structured way, and keep an overview even in complex situations. • In addition, you convince through strong communication skills and the ability to develop solutions collaboratively within a team. • You are willing to travel within Switzerland and Germany approximately 3 times per month. • You have very good written and spoken German and good English skills to operate confidently in an international working environment.
