📋 Description

• Shape a modern Integrated Management System (IMS) with a focus on ISO 9001 & ISO 27001 and contribute your expertise in quality management, auditing and process optimization. • You will support audits, implement standard requirements in a practical manner and help teams optimize processes and manage risks. • You are responsible for maintaining and further developing these procedures across the company — including organizing appropriate training and workshops. • You identify system deviations early, assess them thoroughly and derive targeted improvement measures for our management systems. • Whether quality, environmental or another management system — you will accompany the entire process from preparation and implementation to continuous improvement. • You will confidently conduct internal audits and provide assistance for external audits when required. • You will assemble a qualified audit team and ensure ongoing professional development is maintained.

🎯 Requirements

• You hold a degree in (industrial) engineering, (business) informatics/computer science, quality management or a comparable discipline — alternatively, you have relevant vocational training. • You have initial practical experience in quality management, ideally in the context of ISO 9001. • Knowledge of additional standards — for example environmental standards and information security (ISO 27001). • You think analytically, work in a structured way and keep an overview even in complex situations. • You demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to develop solutions collaboratively within a team. • Willingness to travel within Switzerland and Germany approximately 3 times per month. • You have very good German language skills (spoken and written) and good English skills to operate confidently in an international working environment.
