📋 Description

• Market observation and competitor analysis • Incorporation of new products into the standard portfolio • Costing and financial evaluation of services • Preparation of service specifications and contract documents • Modularization of individual service components within the portfolio • Ensuring training and knowledge transfer through the provision of training materials • Preparation of reports and decision papers

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in IT or a business-related field • Several years of experience in product management, ideally in an IT service environment • Strong skills in drafting service descriptions, performing cost calculations and designing market-oriented product structures • Analytical mindset with a precise, structured working style and a high degree of personal responsibility • Excellent communication skills and confident interaction with a range of stakeholders • Business-fluent German and good English skills
