📋 Description

• Market analysis and monitoring of competitors • Integration of new products into the standard portfolio • Pricing and economic evaluation of services • Preparation of service specifications and contractual documents • Modularization of individual service components within the portfolio • Ensuring training and knowledge transfer through the development and implementation of training materials • Preparation of reports and decision papers

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or university degree in an IT or business-related field • Several years of experience in product management, ideally in an IT service environment • Strong expertise in writing service descriptions, performing costing and creating market-appropriate product structures • Analytical mindset with a precise, structured working style and a high degree of personal responsibility • Excellent communication skills and a confident approach to handling diverse stakeholders • Business-fluent German and good English skills
