📋 Description
• Redlining, editing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and agreements • Reporting on contract analyses and reviewing contract compliance • Maintaining, organizing, and working through a queue of contracts efficiently • Identifying and communicating areas of improvement
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience reviewing contracts and managing agreements in the Tech industry • Proven ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and to negotiate with vendors/suppliers • Strong attention to detail • Experience using a Contract Lifecycle Management System
