📋 Description
• Draft, review, and negotiate P&C insurance and reinsurance agreements • Provide legal guidance on P&C product development and compliance • Collaborate with internal and client teams on new product initiatives • Advise on claims handling and processing procedures • Support insurance and reinsurance deal processes
🎯 Requirements
• Mid-level attorney with 8-14 years of experience in insurance law • Hands-on experience with P&C product development and market launches • Strong knowledge of state-by-state P&C regulations • Experience with claims processing and reinsurance transactions • Juris Doctor degree (or equivalent) and licensed to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction.
