📋 Description
• provide legal and compliance advise to internal and external stakeholders • Develop and oversee control systems for legal guidelines and internal policies • Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years experience in Investigations / Regulatory / Compliance work • Experience with Conflicts of Interests, Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, Code of Conduct, Due Diligence • Experience in Manufacturing, Tech, or Data Centers
