📋 Description

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, including MSAs, with a focus on IT and technology sectors. • Drafting and reviewing legal documents and preparing communications for clients and subcontractors. • Developing and communicating solutions and measures to mitigate legal risks for the business team and other relevant stakeholders. • Presenting risks and challenges in contract management and proposing efficient courses of action. • Willingness to collaborate in international project teams across different seniority levels and with various clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Fully qualified lawyer (passed First and Second State Examinations/Staatsexamen) or equivalent legal qualification. • Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in an in-house legal department or a commercial law firm. • Strong expertise in contract law, particularly in drafting and reviewing various contracts in both German and English. • Business-fluent German and English (negotiation level). • Excellent analytical skills, strong communicator and highly professional demeanor. • Passion for providing outstanding service and for working in a solution-oriented and independent manner.
