📋 Description

• Leading the charge in our forecasting discipline across our subscriptions business (Axios Pro) • Partnering closely with Client Partnerships and Client Success leaders to drive go-to-market strategies • Collaborating with Revenue leaders to develop, align, and implement territory assignments, sales/compensation plans, and quotas • Support internal executives, sales team, and operations team with detailed visibility into all aspects of business performance • Creating reporting tools for a growing sales function • Monitor sales metrics and develop an understanding of how KPIs impact the business • Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards • Manage relationships with external CRM team and drive efficiencies through the system • Implement CRM optimizations (i.e. new automations and processes for lead routing) • Research and evaluate areas of opportunity against conversion rates and segment strategy • Manage goals templates for sales team • Provide reporting and analysis on all Quarterly Business Review intake needs and next steps

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ yrs experience in sales, sales enablement, coaching, and management • Highly analytical, can leverage raw, unorganized data into actionable insights • Ability to adapt quickly to the evolving needs of a high-growth sales team • Experience working with a CRM (Hubspot) and developing dashboards, gathering requirements from sales leaders to optimize insights from tool • High emotional intelligence and deep commitment to progressive diversity and inclusion practices • Advanced Excel experience • Proficiency in PowerPoint
