📋 Description

• Head sales within a selected number of focused and developing accounts • Responsible for the development and implementation of business plans for these accounts • Set and continuously evaluate annual targets • Handle these accounts daily acting as a professional interface between the Key accounts and Axis • Inspire partners and understand the market • Participate in trade shows, webinars and other promotional activities • Work closely with the sales team and other roles within your territory to support, inspire and educate Axis partners • Provide the best solutions and ensure a good alignment with the partner ecosystem • Develop clear business plans for Solution partners • Set annual targets and continuously follow up KPI's • Understand and evaluate new and existing projects • Visit partners to maintain relationships • Collaborate with partners to increase Axis reach within the territory • Work closely with system integrators to develop the project pipeline and close projects • Travel within the territory and region to Axis’ HQ in Sweden as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in sales, preferably within IT & security • High technical interest • Comfortable with solution selling preferable in the security industry • Experience of account management and developing accounts • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills fluent in Croatian & English languages, written and spoken • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience • Experience from working with an indirect sales-model from a similar role within security is a plus
