📋 Description

• Drive sales for selected end customers and continuously find new business opportunities. • Work together with all Axis departments to manage a 360º customer relation. • Create a business plan to identify and target end customers, including strategies to engage with them. • Build strong, long-term relationships with selected end customers, uncover new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. • Coordinate closely with and between end customers, partners, and the Axis team. • Deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs and ensure successful project outcomes. • Forecast opportunities, track performance against KPIs, and analyze won and lost deals. • Represent Axis at trade shows and industry events. • Collaborate with marketing to generate leads. • Maintain up-to-date account information, meeting reports, and detailed opportunities in Salesforce.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 – 10 Years of Business Development/Sales Experience within the industry segment. • Experience in the IT or security field in the sector is highly desirable. • A high knowledge and interest in the business and sales environment. • Results oriented and self-driven. • Can communicate well with others and able to initiate new discussions and relationships with potential customers. • Strategic and able to influence others through your activities. • Ability to manage time and prioritize. • High level of integrity. • Account planning & mapping experience (business plans). • Structured and able to explain complex matters in an easy way. • Transparent with your activities through our CRM platform. • Excellent presentation skills. • Native in Dutch and fluent in English languages, written and spoken.
