📋 Description
• Work with new clients to configure and set up their new site or sites • Engage with current customers to support their customer experience • Build and configure new client sites, oversee importing of data for clients • Provide phone, email, and/or video assistance for customer configuration questions • Teamwork - contribution to the team in communication, webinars, meeting participation, etc. • Serve as a product expert, capable of assisting other AxisCare team members on questions they might have.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Experience in Customer Success • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Detail oriented and analytical • Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction.
