📋 Description

• End-to-end management of the leasing software Leasman, including 2nd-level support • Advising business units and key users; translating business requirements into technical solutions • Managing changes, releases, and tests in accordance with ITIL • Participating in IT and transformation projects with a focus on digitalization • Delivering training sessions to improve processes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in application management or support of business applications • Experience with Linux-based server environments • Strong knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL and hands-on experience with Oracle databases • Understanding of client-server architectures • Experience using Jira or similar tools • Familiarity with modern agile working methods (Scrum, Kanban) • Analytical, structured thinking and a collaborative approach to working with business departments
