📋 Description

• Development and execution of commercial strategies • Exhibiting an in-depth understanding of the genomics and synthesis market • Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships • Working closely with all functions to drive profitable revenue growth and customer satisfaction • Evolving the organizational structure to support the business strategy • Developing and managing key business processes • Focusing the organization on achieving objectives of driving significant growth • Leading and developing the sales team to build capability and competence • Advocating for the customer and product quality • Leading the activities of the team, setting quotas, defining goals for sales optimization • Budget Forecasting and Monitoring: Develop, forecast, and monitor budgets to ensure efficient utilization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a Life Sciences field • 5+ years sales leadership experience in a complex, dynamic, commercial environment • Demonstrated skills in leadership, strategic selling, negotiating, presentation and financial/business • Experience building collaborative partnerships with functional support areas • Strong leadership with ability to influence, inspire and lead change • Excellent communication skills, verbal and writing • Proven ability to deal with difficult problems or issues; an ability to provide a balanced perspective that optimizes the trade-offs between the business financials, the business opportunities, the company strategy, and the external environment • Ability to operate within a matrix structure, prior experience working in large / medium corporate environment, or a diversified, complex organization is required • Must have a valid driver’s license.
