📋 Description

• Participate in planning and refinement meetings, clarifying requirements and defining test scenarios • Plan and document test scenarios • Execute and record tests according to the defined plan, using the demand management tool and suggesting improvements • Perform maintenance testing and bug validation • Collaborate with developers to analyze and resolve defects • Contribute to the automation of repetitive and regression tests by developing automated scripts • Present test reports • Monitor and analyze quality and performance metrics using monitoring tools and dashboards • Conduct internal training sessions • Promote continuous improvement in testing tools, technologies, and processes • Train and support junior test analysts through training sessions, mentoring, and guidance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Networks, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields • Knowledge of exploratory, functional, and non-functional testing • Requirements analysis techniques • Knowledge of API testing • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MSSQL, and Git • Knowledge of testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, Cucumber) • Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) • Knowledge of Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) test development techniques • Knowledge of performance testing (JMeter) • Testing techniques: black-box and white-box testing • 2 years of experience in the role preferred • English proficiency
