📋 Description

• Own the entire sales cycle — from new customer acquisition and contract closing to growing existing accounts • Identify, qualify and win new customers • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with decision-makers and relevant stakeholders • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and proactively develop customer accounts • Conduct needs analyses, product demos, presentations and workshops • Work closely with Product, Marketing and Customer Success teams • Create account and pipeline plans, forecasts and revenue strategies • Take commercial responsibility for negotiations through to successful contract closure • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and customer meetings • Monitor relevant sales KPIs to ensure target achievement, forecast quality and sustainable growth

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in B2B sales, ideally in a SaaS or software environment • Proven track record in new business acquisition and growing/scaling existing customers • Ability to analyze customer needs and position complex software solutions convincingly • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Structured, data-driven and self-motivated working style • Experience with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot or Salesforce • Team-oriented, solution-focused with a hands-on mentality • Fluent in German and very good command of English
