📋 Description

• Own day-to-day administration across multiple ATS platforms, including Ashby • Maintain clean pipelines, accurate data, and current requisitions • Build automations, workflows, and documentation in Ashby • Manage and optimise the global candidate database • Maintain GDPR compliance and data quality • Produce regular TA reports on pipeline activity, time-to-hire, and source effectiveness • Maintain accurate, on-brand job templates, recruitment trackers, and shared documentation • Support TA projects end-to-end, coordinating timelines, stakeholder input, and rollouts of new tools and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on ATS administration experience • Ability to work with data and produce clean, accurate reports • Experience managing and segmenting candidate databases • Strong understanding of GDPR and privacy compliance • Comfortable juggling multiple systems and building process documentation • Ashby experience is advantageous, or proven ability to become a power user of a new platform quickly • Direct communication and strong accountability • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, remote-first environment
