📋 Description

• Serve as the LD point of contact in assigned regions and provide support and leadership to Leaders and TPSs • Support guest and coleader performance, leadership, teamwork, career development, scheduling guidance, and use of regional and global systems • Partner with Field Experts, RLs, and FLOs on regional morale, performance, and operations • Coordinate regional people operations tasks, including certifications and medical visits • Welcome and onboard new Leaders and TPSs to the region • Provide leadership on GRAF and New to Europe programs • Ensure compliance with PTTCs, Mid-Season Check-ins, and End of Season reviews for New Leaders • Mentor 15–20 Leaders through one-on-one coaching and mentoring • Support performance management processes, including Low Score Alert follow-up, coaching, career progression, and disciplinary actions • Facilitate Village meetings and develop related content • Organize and facilitate Regional Kick-Off Meetings as needed • Make 2–3 approved field visits each season • Participate in monthly LD scheduler reviews and schedule-drop coverage planning • Participate in 1–2 New Leader Training sessions • Potentially lead one trip during the contract • Potentially serve on the Interview Team

🎯 Requirements

• Trip Leading and H&T Mentoring experience • Superb organizational skills and attention to detail • Leadership, motivation, multitasking, and effective feedback skills • Speaking at least 1 language of assigned regions • Previous experience as a H&T team member • Strong mentoring, coaching, and facilitation skills • Experience as a Field Expert • Embodies all characteristics of the Mentor Criteria • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills • Ability to build strong relationships and influence leader performance and efficiency of systems in the region • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Spanish/Portuguese Work Authorization or willingness to move residency to the country
