📋 Description

• Assist the Regional Process Support Group with installations, audits, problem solving, best practice rollout, innovation, cost reductions, and maintenance of Front End process equipment within BPEMEA & Asia facilities • Support projects and overhauls with required technical expertise • Generate and submit detailed reports from site visits • Handle maintenance, audits, setup, and problem-solving for Bodymaker and Trimmer equipment • Train plant and central employees at all levels • Assist plants with capital investment requests • Liaise with equipment suppliers and OEMs • Create workable SOPs supporting effective process equipment practices • Promote plant-accessible technical skills • Follow up on recommended actions • Maintain relationships with plants and suppliers • Develop and provide technical training for new and existing plants • Be available at short notice for emergency breakdowns

🎯 Requirements

• ONC or Mechanical Engineering degree • 3–5 years of hands-on engineering experience on various types of Body Makers • Ability to manage a small project or team • In-depth technical knowledge of Front End operations in a two-piece can plant • Self-managing • Self-motivated • Ability to travel at short notice • Ability to work weekends when required • Full driving licence holder • Good team player • Good written and spoken English
