🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or Campaign Manager • Ideal focus on B2B lead generation, cold outreach, or the recruitment/BPO industry • Ability to deliver measurable outcomes and improve conversion rates • Excellent written communication skills • Strong understanding of email deliverability, IP reputation, list segmentation, and anti-spam best practices • Familiarity with modern email marketing platforms and reporting tools
