📋 Description

• Provide customer service and support, including receipt, analysis and follow-up of requests; • Monitor and control payments related to leasing operations; • Issue settlement receipts and other documents related to contract regularization; • Prepare and formalize contractual amendments (addenda), ensuring the agreed terms between parties are properly reflected; • Calculate outstanding balances to support negotiations, settlements and contract modifications; • Act as a liaison with clients and internal departments to clarify inquiries and monitor departmental processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed); • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; • Experience in administrative routines, back office, post-sales or banking operations; • Knowledge of financial mathematics is desirable.
