📋 Description

• Manage the entire lifecycle of PIX and PIX Credit, from maintaining the product’s operational routines to developing safeguards that drive results and creating new solutions for the product. • Create customer communication plans to ensure recurring use and reduce churn; • Work closely with stakeholders across multiple areas to ensure results.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering or related fields; • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (full package); knowledge of project management methodologies and processes; • Business acumen: Ability to understand how the company operates, its strategic objectives, market and customers to make aligned decisions and develop new products. • Metrics/Indicators: Ability to define, track and analyze metrics that demonstrate performance and progress against goals. • Prioritization: Ability to identify the most important and urgent tasks and projects, allocating resources effectively to achieve results. • Root-cause analysis: Skill in investigating problems thoroughly to discover their origins rather than just treating symptoms. • Organization: Ability to structure information, tasks and workspaces logically and efficiently to facilitate productivity. • Process mapping: Ability to document and visualize process steps, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement. • Teamwork. • Proactivity. • Adaptability. • Customer focus. • Market awareness. • Internship experience at financial institutions or fintechs is a plus.
