📋 Description

• Define corporate guidelines and reference standards for .NET 8/9, including API First, integration, resilience, and security • Lead the transition from monoliths to event-driven microservices ecosystems • Model Bounded Contexts and technical contracts • Establish observability practices using OpenTelemetry, Serilog, ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana • Define availability requirements, including SLIs/SLOs • Design integrations with SQL Server, Redis, and distributed messaging using RabbitMQ and/or Kafka • Design automated CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps • Ensure compliance with OWASP ASVS, OAuth2/OIDC, centralized secrets management, and mTLS • Lead RFCs and ADRs • Mentor developers and technical leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields • Strong knowledge of the modern C#/.NET ecosystem, including .NET Core, .NET 8/9, ASP.NET Core, Worker Services, and middleware • Advanced expertise in Clean Architecture, DDD, CQRS, Event-Driven Architecture, and API First (OpenAPI) • Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ or Kafka, including retries, DLQ, and idempotency • Experience with EF Core and SQL Server • Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including manifests/Helm • Familiarity with autoscaling • Experience with identity management using OAuth2/OIDC via Keycloak or Azure AD • Knowledge of vulnerability analysis according to OWASP • Experience with observability stacks • Practical familiarity with AI applied to software development: Prompt Engineering, LLMs, Agents, and MCP • Nice-to-haves: experience deploying API Gateways (Azure APIM, Tyk, or APISIX) • Nice-to-haves: Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and GitOps using ArgoCD on Azure/GCP • Nice-to-haves: load and performance testing with k6 or Locust
