📋 Description

• Refine and elaborate user stories, ensuring clarity and well-defined acceptance criteria. • Prioritize requests based on value, impact, risks and product strategy. • Monitor the development lifecycle, ensuring alignment between requirements and deliveries. • Lead requirements meetings, conduct interviews and map stakeholders' needs. • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement or automation. • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for the team. • Validate deliveries based on acceptance criteria, user experience and business impact. • Support functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation with end users. • Evaluate hypotheses, MVPs, prototypes and A/B test results when applicable. • Actively participate in planning, review, refinement and other agile ceremonies. • Work with the team to clarify questions about business rules, flows and expectations. • Promote continuous alignment between the business and the technical team. • Identify opportunities based on data, feedback and product metrics. • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in processes, deliveries and user experiences. • Monitor product indicators (usage, value delivered, performance, satisfaction). • Research business requirements related to ERP modules. • Develop detailed specifications and validate solutions with stakeholders. • Recommend improvements and evolutions to ERP modules aligned with organizational processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Product Management, Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields. • Experience managing a product backlog, prioritizing based on value, effort, impact and business strategy. • Proven experience defining product vision and building roadmaps, ensuring clarity on objectives, goals and strategic drivers. • Strong stakeholder management skills, including alignment, continuous collection and validation of requirements. • Knowledge of product metrics analysis, using quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions. • Experience validating deliveries and hypotheses, including MVPs, A/B testing, defining acceptance criteria and collecting feedback. • Market and customer behavior knowledge, monitoring trends, competitors and opportunities to improve the product.
