📋 Description

• Provide customer service via phone, email, WhatsApp and reservation platforms; • Provide information on availability, rates, room types, promotions and lodging policies; • Make, modify, monitor and cancel reservations in internal systems and partner platforms; • Manage bookings on platforms such as Booking, Decolar, Omnibees and the HITS App; • Monitor daily reservation inflow, pending items and potential integration issues between systems; • Update rates, apartment availability and payment methods on sales platforms; • Block and unblock apartments according to operational needs; • Keep hotel information up to date, including photos, descriptions, policies and maintenance periods; • Assist in defining and updating rates according to demand and commercial strategies; • Track sales and occupancy indicators, contributing suggestions for improvement; • Control payments, monitor credit card transactions, cancellations and refund processes; • Prepare quotes and estimates for groups and tour operators; • Verify reservations to ensure correct processing of information in systems; • Identify and correct inconsistencies between booking platforms and internal systems; • Assist in resolving operational issues related to reservation tools; • Contribute to continuous process improvement to increase operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma; • Experience in customer service and reservations management in the tourism sector; • Knowledge of reservation systems (Infotravel, Omnibees, Apogeu); • Strong communication and negotiation skills with suppliers; • Organizational skills and attention to detail; • Ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously.
