📋 Description

• Respond to customers via phone, email, WhatsApp and reservation platforms • Provide information about availability, rates, accommodation types, promotions and lodging policies • Make, modify, monitor and cancel reservations in internal systems and partner platforms • Manage reservations on Booking, Decolar, Omnibees and HITS App • Monitor daily reservation intake, pending items and integration failures between systems • Update rates, room availability and payment methods on sales platforms • Block and unblock rooms according to operational needs • Keep hotel information up to date, including photos, descriptions, policies and maintenance periods • Support rate setting and updates according to demand and commercial strategies • Track sales and occupancy indicators, offering suggestions for improvement • Manage payments, credit card transactions, cancellations and refund processes • Prepare quotes and estimates for groups and tour operators • Verify reservations to ensure correct processing of information • Identify and correct inconsistencies between reservation platforms and internal systems • Assist in resolving operational issues related to reservation tools • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and the customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • Experience in customer service and reservation management in the tourism sector • Knowledge of reservation systems: Infotravel, Omnibees and Apogeu • Strong communication and negotiation skills with suppliers • Organized and detail-oriented • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
