📋 Description

• Provide technical support to the Material Handling and Food & Beverage Strategic Teams • Expediting the sales cycle for support intensive products • Developing strong relationships with both sellers and target customers • Act as the Project Manager for complicated system solutions • Lead the effort to promote best practices for complex solutions • Develop reference materials, white papers, and support videos • Provide pre-sale and post-sale technical support • Attend sales calls, provide selling materials, and presentations • Define, coordinate, and prioritize customer feedback for engineering requirements • Promote and train on new products

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and related field • 3-5 years of related experience –OR—7+ years of experience in automated controls • 3+ years of technical sales experience in the industrial automation sector • Experience with sensors, measurement and condition monitoring solutions, remote I/O, lighting applications and/or PLC programming. • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills • Ability to follow-up and maintain strong, successful relationships • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, commitments, and projects • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proven track-record for proposing and implementing new solutions • Experience using various networks, such as ethernet, IP, Profinet, Modbus, etc. • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time with overnight stays
