📋 Description

• Acquire and support broker partners with their sales processes across Belgium • Manage the sales process from initial contact through contract signing • Work with the General Manager BeNeLux as needed • Collaborate with the General Manager BeNeLux to shape the go-to-market strategy and expand the market • Integrate insured companies onto the Baobab platform • Advise insured companies on risk mitigation measures in collaboration with in-house specialists • Travel across Belgium to visit broker partners

🎯 Requirements

• Solid sales experience • Willingness to actively source new broker partners through cold outreach • Ability to independently manage priorities, deadlines, and time • Strong team-player skills and ability to manage multiple broker relationships • Experience engaging with commercial clients and conducting negotiations • Business-fluent or native Dutch • Business-fluent English • Reside in Belgium or the Netherlands • Network across the Belgian broker market is an advantage • Interest in cybersecurity/cyber insurance is an advantage • Experience as an insurance broker, underwriter, and/or insurance sales representative is an advantage • Cyber experience is an advantage • Business-fluent French is an advantage
