📋 Description

• Acquire broker partners across the Belgian market • Develop strategic relationships with broker partners and stakeholders • Own the full sales process from identifying and approaching prospects through negotiating and closing complex commercial agreements • Work directly with the General Manager BeNeLux to shape go-to-market strategy • Identify new market opportunities and drive market expansion • Lead integration of insured companies onto the Baobab platform • Advise on risk mitigation measures in collaboration with in-house specialists

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive sales experience and a proven track record of acquiring new partners and successfully closing commercial deals, including through proactive outreach • Creative and highly autonomous, with the ability to prioritize opportunities, manage deadlines, and drive commercial initiatives independently • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to develop and maintain a broad network of broker partners and strategic stakeholders • Ability to engage with commercial clients and negotiate and conclude complex commercial agreements • Dutch: business fluent / native • English: business fluent • Reside in Belgium or the Netherlands • Network across the Belgian broker market is advantageous • Interest in learning or deepening knowledge of cybersecurity/cyber insurance is advantageous • Experience as an insurance broker, underwriter, and/or sales representative in the insurance industry; cyber experience is advantageous • French: business fluent is advantageous • Valid work permit for Belgium / the EU
