📋 Description

• Responsible for application and integration of information technology in the healthcare setting • Serve as a liaison between the IT department and operations to align system design with operational processes • Data collection, workflow analysis, system configuration, testing, and support • Participate in application deployment and procedure documentation • Ensure that the software build meets organizational goals and external mandates such as HIPAA and Meaningful Use • Act as project coordinator for medium sized projects with medium budgets

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or four years direct experience in lieu of degree • Knowledge of Professional Billing areas such as Charge Router Work queues, Claim edit Work queues and Bundling, Financial Clearance, Estimates, Reimbursement Contracts, Follow-up Work queue Configuration, Payer-Specific Configuration, Charge Handler, Epic Willow/Pharmacy Application, Rx Payer, Major Medical and Rx Payer Filing, and RPB2400i: Home Infusion Billing badge • Must obtain training required to support primary application (e.g., Epic Willow Inpatient, Epic Willow Ambulatory, Epic Beacon, epic Ambulatory, Epic Compass Rose, Epic Willow Inventory, Omnicell) within 6 months
