📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end day-to-day finance operations, including invoicing, receivables, payables, GST, TDS, routine accounting entries, and month-end close activities • Maintain accounting records in Tally Prime, including routine entries in foreign currencies and supporting documentation • Manage client e-invoicing in Tally Prime, Accounts Receivable follow-ups, payment reconciliation, and periodic AR ageing/collection updates • Respond to client/freelancer emails and resolve evaluator queries • Coordinate evaluator/vendor payments and support Accounts Payable activities • Perform bank reconciliations and periodic customer/vendor ledger reconciliations • Support month-end closing, provisioning/accrual activities, and basic MIS reporting • Prepare GST and TDS filing workings/data, maintain records, and file monthly/quarterly returns • Work on internal global operating systems and deliver tasks/data within agreed deadlines • Assist with audit work • Handle evaluator payments, international payments, and interoffice transaction recording • Prepare cash flow reports and generate internal management reports from software • Maintain organized and secure financial records • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor • Report to the Finance Manager – India

🎯 Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com (Commerce background preferred) • 4–5 years of relevant work experience in Accounts/Finance (AR/AP, invoicing, taxation support) • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior role as an individual contributor • Hands-on experience with bank reconciliation (BRS), ledger scrutiny, and month-end close support • Good working knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and basic reporting • Knowledge of MS Office & Tally Prime • Advanced proficiency with MS Office applications and Tally Prime • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Analytical and creative approach to problem solving • Ability to work independently and schedule time and resources effectively • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment • Eagerness to learn, optimize costs, and contribute to process automation • Immediate joiners preferred • Ability to understand and adhere to company policies and procedures, including ISO 27001 Information Security Management System requirements
