📋 Description

• Conduct in-person and virtual hearings • Draft labor litigation pleadings and procedural documents • Manage deadlines and case files • Collaborate with the team and maintain good relationships with colleagues and clients

🎯 Requirements

• Postgraduate degree or specialization in Labor Law • Strong knowledge of Labor Law and Labor Procedure • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel • Availability for in-person and virtual hearings • Organized, able to manage deadlines and handle multiple cases simultaneously • Interpersonal skills • Cooperative and team-oriented • Proactive • Initiative, determination and focus • Minimum of 1–3 years' experience in corporate labor law • Experience drafting labor procedural documents (defenses/answers, appeals, filings, closing briefs and various petitions) • Experience in initial hearings, single (consolidated) hearings and evidentiary hearings • Familiarity with electronic court systems (PJe, e-Proc, Projudi and similar platforms)
