📋 Description

• Drafting various legal pleadings (initial petitions, defenses, appeals and other submissions), with a focus on high-volume/mass litigation • Attending hearings, providing training to company representatives (prepostos) and supervising interns • Filing and managing submissions in electronic court systems (PJE, e-SAJ, e-PROC) • Issuing payment slips (boletos), invoices and court fee documents for financial control • Updating case reports and liaising with clients on ongoing matters • Entering, handling and tracking cases in the client's internal system, ensuring compliance with deadlines and proper controls • Monitoring court publications/notifications and managing deadlines across a large volume of cases

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree with active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association) • Experience in high-volume (massified) civil litigation • Proven experience managing a large caseload and strict deadline control • Familiarity with electronic court systems (PJE, e-SAJ, ePROC) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and corporate case-management tools • Postgraduate degree in Civil Procedure or Contracts is a plus • Organized, agile and detail-oriented • Proactive in task execution with a strong sense of responsibility • Good communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams • Confidence to handle complex situations and interact with internal and external clients • Teamwork ability and clear communication • High ethical standards, confidentiality and integrity in all activities
