• Lead Customer Onboarding: Manage a structured onboarding process and own the initial experience for new customers, serving as their primary point of contact. • Project Management: Set clear expectations, define success plans, and manage multiple, concurrent implementation projects to ensure they are completed on-time and align with customer goals. • Technical Configuration: Become a deep expert in the Barti platform, guiding customers through technical setup, system configuration, and data migration. • User Training & Enablement: Conduct comprehensive training sessions (remote and occasionally in-person) to promote self-service and drive strong initial product adoption. • Process Improvement: Contribute to process development and improvement efforts. Identify opportunities to enhance the onboarding experience and our operational efficiency. • Serve as a Customer Advocate: Proactively anticipate customer needs, mitigate project risks with clear communication, and act as the primary internal champion for an exceptional post-sale experience.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing, technical role such as Customer Success Manager, Implementation, Professional Services, Technical Account Management, or Project Management. • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with a knack for simplifying complex topics. • Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • A self-driven and proactive mindset. You are adaptable, responsible, resilient, and eager to contribute to the team’s vision. • Experience with CRM or project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Asana, Jira, HubSpot).
