📋 Description

• Analyze financial data and provide accurate financial insights and reporting • Research real estate markets and competitive properties • Develop and maintain asset management models • Support company quarterly portfolio forecasting and budgeting efforts • Utilize Yardi for property-level accounting data • Prepare underwriting for new lease opportunities • Conduct ongoing analyses to support decision-making related to business plans • Communicate regularly with property management teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, accounting, and or related area preferred • 2-4 years of relevant experience, including: banking, real estate, finance, private equity or asset management • A desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced real estate investment company • Strong quantitative and technical/computer skills (including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Yardi and Argus Enterprise) • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Exceptional written, communication, and organizational skills • Occasional travel, and access to a car is necessary
