• Bachelor’s Degree required with 5+ years of demonstrated experience as a top-level sales performer in the medical device or healthcare industry • 2+ years of sales leadership experience and knowledge in our Welch Allyn product line portfolio preferred • Proven experience in hiring, developing, and managing the performance of a sales team • Strong background working with IDNs and a demonstrated ability to work with and build relationships • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills • Strong analytical problem-solving skills • Individuals must live within the current geography or be willing to relocate to it • Familiarity with the posted region is strongly desired
